Our goal for the new Interform space was to make it a design showcase. We wanted to show our clients how we deployed key design elements to create a soothing, productive, functional workspace that maximized its square footage. We’re experts in our field, so we wanted our new office to reflect the best new design trends.
At Interform, we place value on collaboration, so we wanted our open workspaces to be conducive to information-sharing. The areas along the window line maximize natural light, and private offices are positioned in the core of the office.
We created meeting rooms that accommodate from two to 20 people, including touchdown, enclave and conference rooms that can be used for large groups or small ad hoc meetings. We wanted to show our clients that these meeting rooms contribute an important element of flexibility to the design. As a workforce grows, it’s possible to convert some of these rooms to workspaces.
Our new space has fewer square feet than the old one, but our clients tell us that it feels much more spacious. By integrating new, sustainable design trends, we were able to achieve a brighter, daylit office with a reduced carbon footprint and increased functionality. Good design makes the difference.
